How many hypnosis sessions do I need for weight loss issues?

The number of sessions varies from client to client. Generally clients are seen between 2 to 5 sessions. It all depends on how much weight you want to lose, your current eating and exercise habits, as well as any relationship with emotional eating.

What is the success rate with hypnosis for weight problems?

We have found that hypnotherapy is an effective tool for weight management, with the majority of our clients achieving successful results. However, the success of the process is dependent on both your commitment and the process itself. We can guarantee that hypnotherapy works, as individuals from all over the world have successfully programmed their eating and exercise habits through hypnotherapy.

During your sessions, we will teach you self-hypnosis techniques to manage your emotions and program yourself with affirmations. In addition, you will be provided with copies of your hypnosis sessions so that you can listen to them between and after sessions. Repetition is key to the success of hypnosis, and we believe that this approach will give you the best chance of achieving your desired results.

Are sessions in person or via Zoom?

We offer hypnosis sessions in two formats - either through Zoom or in-person at our offices located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Due to Elena Mosaner's frequent travel schedule, most hypnosis sessions have been conducted online. We have found that online sessions can be just as successful as in-person sessions, particularly for the hypnosis portion of the session. As your eyes are closed during hypnosis, physical presence is not required, and you only need to listen.

Several times a year, Elena Mosaner conducts in-person sessions and workshops on self-hypnosis in New York City.

What are the fees for hypnosis therapy and weight management?

Our standard fee for a hypnosis ZOOM session is $475 per hour. The first session is always one hour in duration, while follow-up sessions may vary in length from one hour to 45 minutes.

We understand that some individuals may have financial difficulties, and on occasion, we may be able to offer discounts to those in need. Please don't hesitate to let us know if this is the case.
