How can Hypnosis help me with sleep?

How many hypnosis sessions do I need to overcome insomnia?

The number of sessions varies from client to client. Generally clients are seen between 2 to 5 sessions. It all depends on the nature of your sleep problem and insomnia.

Are sessions in person or via Zoom?

We offer hypnosis sessions in two formats - either through Zoom or in-person at our offices located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Due to Elena Mosaner's frequent travel schedule, most hypnosis sessions have been conducted online. We have found that online sessions can be just as successful as in-person sessions, particularly for the hypnosis portion of the session. As your eyes are closed during hypnosis, physical presence is not required, and you only need to listen.

Several times a year, Elena Mosaner conducts in-person sessions and workshops on self-hypnosis in New York City.

What are the fees for the hypnosis therapy to imrove sleep?

Our standard fee for a hypnosis session is $475 per hour. The first session is always one hour in duration, while follow-up sessions may vary in length from one hour to 45 minutes.
