What is the success rate with hypnosis for fears and Phobias?
We have found that hypnotherapy is an effective tool for fears and phobias with the majority of our clients achieving successful results after the first session. However, the success of the process is dependent on both your commitment and the process itself. We can guarantee that hypnotherapy works, but it is important to follow through with some post session homework, like the listening of the audio sessions and doing daily self-hypnosis for a few weeks. Repetition is key to the success of hypnosis, and we believe that this approach will give you the best chance of achieving your desired results.
Are sessions in person or via Zoom?
We offer hypnosis sessions in two formats - either through Zoom or in-person at our offices located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Due to Elena Mosaner's frequent travel schedule, most hypnosis sessions have been conducted online. We have found that online sessions can be just as successful as in-person sessions, particularly for the hypnosis portion of the session. As your eyes are closed during hypnosis, physical presence is not required, and you only need to listen.
Several times a year, Elena Mosaner conducts in-person sessions and workshops on self-hypnosis in New York City.
What are the fees for hypnosis therapy for fears and phobias?
Our standard fee for a hypnosis session is $475 per hour. The first session is always one hour in duration, while follow-up sessions may vary in length from one hour to 45 minutes.
We understand that some individuals may have financial difficulties, and on occasion, we may be able to offer discounts to those in need. Please don't hesitate to let us know if this is the case.
