While there is no direct link, smoking increases the conditions that make Covid-19 worse. And the same goes for vaping. Because it attacks the lungs, the coronavirus can be an especially serious threat if you vape. Vaping leaves lung tissue inflamed, fragile, and susceptible to infection.

Even before the pandemic, most smokers would be happy to never smoke another cigarette. It is a dangerous addiction which causes death even during non-health crises.
